This policy explains how chennaicfo.com uses cookies and similar technologies. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Related technologies — local storage, pixels and tags — do much the same job and are covered by this policy too.
We do not use cookies to build a profile of you as an individual, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies that are not strictly necessary. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary set is placed until you accept. You can change your decision whenever you like:
Your choice is stored for six months, after which the banner asks again. Clearing your browser's cookies also clears the record of your choice.

Analytics, embedded video and social features are provided by other companies, which set their own cookies and process the data under their own policies. We do not control those cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, information such as your IP address and the pages you view may be processed by Google Analytics; see Google's privacy documentation for what it does with that data.
Every major browser lets you see the cookies stored, delete them, and block them for all sites or for a specific site. The controls sit under Settings, usually within Privacy and security. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of this site, including the enquiry forms.
Browsers differ in how they send a "Do Not Track" signal and there is no agreed standard for responding to it, so we do not rely on it. Use the banner or your browser's cookie controls to make your choice explicit.
As we add or remove tools, the cookies in use change. We will update this page and, where the change is material, ask for your consent again.
